Terms and Conditions for Excel Kickstarter Workbooks

1. General Information

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the purchase and use of the Excel Kickstarter workbooks ("Workbooks") offered by Excel with Mariana, registered in Germany (hereinafter "we", "us", or "our"). By purchasing any Workbooks or bundles through the Kajabi platform, you ("Customer" or "you") agree to these Terms.

2. Product Description

• The Workbooks are digital products, delivered in Microsoft Excel format.

• Workbooks are either sold in bundles of three or two, or with all 20 Workbooks in one bundle.

• The Workbooks are self-guided and do not include any additional support, coaching, or guidance.

3. Ordering and Delivery

• After successful payment, you can download the purchased Workbooks from Kajabi.

• Please ensure your email address and Country are entered correctly at checkout.

• Access to the Excel Kickstarter course will be provided to customers who purchase all 20 Workbooks; instructions for course access will be sent via email.

4. Intellectual Property and Usage

• All content, including but not limited to text, images, formulas, and structure, is protected by copyright and remains the intellectual property of Excel with Mariana.

• The Workbooks are for your personal, non-commercial use only.

• You may not share, distribute, resell, or reproduce the Workbooks, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent.

• You may not use the Workbooks for teaching, training, or commercial purposes without a separate license agreement.

5. Refund Policy

• Due to the digital nature of the Workbooks, all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided once the Workbooks have been delivered.

• If you experience technical issues accessing your files, please contact us at hi@excelwithmariana.com, and we will assist you.

6. Limitation of Liability

• The Workbooks and course content are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied.

• We do not guarantee that the Workbooks will meet your specific requirements or that they will be error-free. We do guarantee that the Workbooks have been thoroughly developed, cross-checked, and designed to kickstart your Excel experience.

• To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the Workbooks or course content.

7. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary software (Microsoft Excel or compatible) to use the Workbooks.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your download links and course access credentials.

8. Data Protection and Privacy

• Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR.

• We will only use your data to process your order, provide access to the course (if applicable), and communicate with you regarding your purchase.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.

• Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Berlin, Germany.

10. Amendments

• We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time.

• If you purchase additional products after a change, the updated Terms will apply.
